Estimated Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Description: The Senior Medical Director - Global Oncology Development will be an integral member of our medical affairs team, responsible for providing expert medical support to all aspects of local business operations. This includes participating in the development of comprehensive annual medical plans, conducting scientific activities to address unmet needs of the medical scientific community, and leading local scientific data dissemination efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global clinical/medical plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct and report local clinical trials, as well as adverse event reporting
  • Review protocols, study reports, publications, and data dissemination for products
  • Provide medical guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and access (PRA) plans
  • Lead and present at conferences, advisory boards, and educational programs

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor degree or equivalent, with board eligibility or certification in an appropriate specialty/subspecialty
  • Strong scientific expertise and people skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written communication
