About the Role:
- We seek an experienced product manager to lead our Andean Region business unit, driving annual strategic and marketing plans in line with Latam/Corporate marketing strategies.
- The successful candidate will execute marketing tactics and campaigns, measuring key business KPIs while mapping the current market to identify gaps and opportunities.
- This involves working closely with the senior executive, commercial, and demand generation teams to develop a comprehensive Andean Region business strategy, including objectives, forecasting, and action plans.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and healthcare system needs, guiding the value proposition and clinical messages building and delivery to different stakeholders.
- Additionally, the person will guide, coach, and develop their direct report and work as a team with the demand generation leader and their team in achieving organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, biomedical engineering, or marketing.
- English language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in managing P&L and marketing KPIs.
- Experience in managing direct or indirect reports.
- Relationship building, teamwork, customer centricity, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional post-graduate education in marketing, MBA, or master's in marketing.
