What We're Looking For

We're seeking a professional with experience in Customer Success to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for reducing churn rates, accompanying clients throughout their Customer Journey, and ensuring an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reduce churn rates through client accompaniment and strategic initiatives
  • Accompany assigned clients throughout their Customer Journey
  • Monitor and incentivize platform usability among clients
  • Apply engagement and retention initiatives for clients
  • Maintain contact with internal teams to efficiently manage client requirements
  • Collect and share client feedback, points of improvement, and needs with relevant teams
  • Manage daily tasks and projects related to your functions
What We Expect
  • Professional experience in Customer Success
  • CRM management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience in client management and follow-up
  • Experience working in SaaS companies
