Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue for IQVIA Argentina. You will work closely with the Account Director, Sales, Consulting, and Service Specialists to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling solutions using IQVIA products and services. Your key responsibilities include managing basic accounts, building client relationships across the client organization, resolving 1st-line service issues, and coordinating 2nd-line support issues with the service teams. Additionally, you will ensure thorough service reviews and transaction surveys that service agreements, contract specifications, and product deliverables meet clients' specifications, including timeliness and quality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and two to five years of relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience. You should have some knowledge of IQVIA offerings, client account management, IQVIA information solutions/consulting services portfolio, and the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, you should possess Account Development/Management Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Marketplace and Industry Knowledge, Negotiating Skills, Relationship Building Skills, and Servicing Skills.
