About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our LATAM growth specialist team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth in LATAM.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and partners.
  3. Manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other sales leaders, directors, and executives to drive business growth and development.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with experience working in LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies, with experience implementing and executing sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and growing the business.
