Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for APM software field sales organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT sales and a proven ability to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects based on defined criteria, ensuring that only high-quality opportunities are passed on to the sales team.
- Outbound Prospecting: Profile assigned accounts and drive outbound prospecting to generate new business, focusing on senior IT management at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn, and Jigsaw, to develop an understanding of the account's business issues and other relevant information.
- Database and Telemarketing Programs: Execute database and telemarketing programs to increase attendance at upcoming events and seminars, and to create awareness for current product promotions.
- Product Education: Educate prospects about Dynatrace enterprise solutions, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- CRM Management: Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities, ensuring that all interactions with prospects are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Attend weekly territory forecast meetings and update the team on the progress of identified activities, providing input to marketing and sales teams.
