Role Overview

What will your responsibilities include?

We are seeking a seasoned product administrator to assist our client in various roles and responsibilities, including:

Administration of products under designated responsibility. Monitoring of KPI/KRI metrics and development of remediation strategies. Addressing vulnerabilities and obsolescence. Managing software lifecycles handled by the team. Implementing hardening measures. ... Developing and executing plans based on audits conducted on the infrastructure. Overseeing product migrations and upgrades (on-premises to private cloud, private cloud to public cloud). Leading transformation initiatives for on-premises and cloud support teams. Collaborating with Product Owners to define scope and priorities across various Production towers. Serving as the technical reference for products for the DevOps teams. Leading projects stemming from plans established in SCIB.

Required Qualifications

What qualifications are we looking for?

Proficiency in Linux platforms (Redhat). Extensive experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of the following products: API Connect/APIGee/AWS API Gateway/Azure API Management. Appian. IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (MFT). MQ Series/Azure Service Bus/AWS SQS. Kafka (Confluent/Cloudera), AWS MSK, Azure Event Hub. Expertise in DevOps environments. Proficiency in Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitHub, Rundeck, etc. Knowledge of infrastructure and services in public Cloud (AWS, Azure). Experience in objective-driven development work. Commitment to continuous improvement in processes to reduce delivery times. Proficient in spoken and written English (B2-C1).
