Global Integration Architect Consultant at ADP

Deliver exceptional service and support to clients utilizing HCM integration with the organization's HR system on a worldwide platform.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationships concerning global integration services.
  • Facilitate internal communication among all Integration Service teams for specific clients across EMEA, NA, and APAC regions.
  • Support additional client service activities, including user training and post-launch system configuration.
  • Oversee the global Change Request Process and coordinate regional/local service teams for necessary local involvement.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and quality of Client Service across all three regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding global functionality discussions.

TECHNICAL DUTIES

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess global/local integration tickets.
  • Provide design and mapping solutions for global integration requests.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for integration-related inquiries at a global level.
  • Advise clients on best practices for design and mapping within their System of Record (SOR).
  • Facilitate training sessions for super users on integration processes.
  • Contribute insights to Global SRM and SCP for business review meetings.
  • Assist integration consultants in analyzing and designing solutions for complex issues and Change Requests.
  • Coordinate technical activities related to client integration issues and Change Requests with various teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to prevent regression on live data and processes during new integration feature deployments.
  • Engage with GTT for regression testing following monthly Feature Pack releases.
  • Inform clients about new integration features launched by ADP.
  • Review and validate documentation provided during the transition to service.

PROBLEM SOLVING

  • Take charge of regular reviews of all open global tickets and provide updates to the client global team.
  • Address ongoing client issues escalated by the first line relation center.
  • Analyze problems on a global scale, estimate solutions, and propose resolution processes with potential product management support.
  • Coordinate all regional application support teams to deliver a unified solution to the client.
  • Manage configuration changes and ensure they are available for client use.
  • Ensure the onboarding and stabilization of new integration clients in alignment with other functionalities.
  • Participate in the transition from implementation to service support and review key learning points.
  • Define cross-functional service scope, responsibilities, and delivery lists with clients.
  • Facilitate internal communication and coordination.
  • Keep leadership informed on HCM integration matters and the progress of the GIC Client Service team.
  • Coordinate configuration and testing communications with local service application teams.
