Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global ERP Implementation Manager to lead our ERP projects in Latin America. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the ERP system and all related modules.
- Lead and mentor project team members and contractors to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Budget and Resource Allocation: Develop and deliver budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes. Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan for and mitigate risks that can affect the project timeline and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale global ERP implementation projects.
- Software life cycle and enterprise software knowledge.
- Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
- Experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in change management and business coordination.
