Job Description

The ERP Project Manager will lead large-scale global ERP implementation projects from conception to completion. This involves working closely with country teams, regional teams, and functional teams to ensure that ERP solutions align with SGS goals and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure ongoing engagement, acting as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Develop and deliver budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes, estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Create a program management framework that ensures program objectives are met, including agreed review points for all activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, planning for and mitigating risks that can affect the project timeline and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements, implementing project standards across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
  • Desirable PMP certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale global ERP implementation projects.
  • Software life cycle and enterprise software knowledge.
  • Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in change management and business coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
