Job Overview

The Sales Marketing and Customer Success division at Dailymotion is dedicated to being the leading experts in persuading brands to collaborate with us. We are in search of a Customer Success Manager who is driven and eager to enhance their knowledge in media and advertising.

This role requires a genuine passion for grasping the business factors that influence performance and the various Dailymotion solutions available to our advertisers. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to translate Dailymotion offerings into practical recommendations. Your contribution will be vital in fostering growth in the North American market by converting data and insights into compelling narratives. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to independently seek solutions with minimal oversight are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a crucial contributor in delivering proactive solutions utilizing Dailymotion's data and insights by managing tasks and collaborating with the Data & Insights and AdOps teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Partner with the Sales team to manage, respond to, and present RFPs, working closely with AdOps and Sales Marketing Serve as the main post-sale point of contact for clients within a designated portfolio Oversee and influence campaign execution, troubleshoot and escalate delivery challenges to the AdOps team as necessary Collaborate with AdOps to enhance campaign performance Create, manage, and deliver ongoing reporting in Excel for key accounts Supervise I/O processing, campaign setup, and creative submissions from clients Develop and manage media strategies for all active campaigns Work with Business Analytics to perform detailed data analysis and generate actionable insights/recommendations for future initiatives Collaborate with Business Analytics and Sales Marketing to create and present strategic insights, campaign summaries, and/or quarterly business reviews to clients Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to assess opportunities for key accounts and drive strategic enhancements Cultivate and expand client relationships to establish and maintain deep partnerships Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and overall satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Strong interest and 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising Proficient English skills and a multicultural perspective are essential. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) Solid computer proficiency, including intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), and MS PowerPoint Keen attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to contribute to process enhancements, innovating and simplifying existing workflows Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong analytical capabilities Proficient in identifying and solving problems Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
