Role Overview: As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role within the HR team, focusing on Employee Relations and special projects. We seek individuals who consistently strive for excellence in both personal and professional realms. Our rapid expansion demands high performance, and we are proud to have a talented and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop human resources solutions by gathering and analyzing information, and recommending actionable strategies.
- Enhance manager and employee performance by identifying issues and evaluating potential solutions.
- Oversee and execute special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with relevant parties, conducting research, and organizing information.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements by staying informed about existing and new legislation, and advising management on necessary actions.
- Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage employee leave tracking and administration.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and address any employee relations issues.
- Maintain documentation in personnel files and conduct exit interviews as necessary.
- Update employee policies and procedures as required.
- Support a positive workplace culture by managing daily office tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of direct HR experience; experience with hourly populations or call centers is preferred.
- PHR certification is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Background in customer service and organizational roles.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems such as ADP or Oracle HCM.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
Work Environment:
- Office-based position with occasional travel for meetings or conferences as needed.
