Senior Director of Project Management

Mace is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Project Controls: Develop and implement effective project controls frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery, quality, and efficiency.
- Experience: Significant experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Qualifications: Chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of a relevant professional institution, such as the Association of Project Managers.
