Customer Support Associate - Game Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Associate to join our team at RM2 DIGITAL SAS. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our players, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer technical, billing, and general product questions via Zendesk, providing individual responses and directing customers to helpful articles on our self-help portal.
  • Communicate with game developers about bugs and issues affecting players, while monitoring reported issues that may impact our players.
  • Create bug reports via Jira, allowing for tracking of player-reported bugs and issues.
  • Monitor and respond to player reviews in the Google and Apple app stores.
  • Assist in handling consumer privacy requests for deletion and access of personal data.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably online, Zendesk, or CS experience via email or chat.
  • Higher education students or graduates.
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets.
