Technical Support Specialist for Google Cloud Platform

As a key member of our team at COES Enterprise Services Colombia S.A.S., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support for our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and addressing any technical challenges that arise.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support in infrastructure services, effectively resolving issues and assisting with various tasks.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, contributing to tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
- Engage in monitoring activities and perform basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to address infrastructure challenges and meet departmental objectives.
- Assist in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and maintenance logs.
- Commit to continuous improvement of technical skills and knowledge in the field.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Follow established standards and best practices in the delivery of infrastructure services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role.
- Proven experience in analyzing infrastructure technologies.

- A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry advancements.
- An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
