Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria, and execute action plans accordingly.
  • Leverage proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Bring market insights and connect with our strategy to generate innovation and different business models.
  • Develop strong and trusting customer relationships with different areas, including marketing and senior leadership.
  • Build and manage sales budgets, monitor sales, and profitability versus objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, marketing, food engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • Sales experience in the B2B food market.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining clients in Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Advanced English skills.
