Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of 3,000,000 COP plus bonus for their hard work and dedication. This opportunity offers a chance to grow professionally and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Taking patient calls and assisting with scheduling appointments, navigating intake processes, and addressing non-clinical concerns.
  • Providing accurate and satisfactory answers to patients' queries and concerns, de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied patients.
  • Contacting patients to inform them about available test results or reminding them about upcoming events in their care plan.
  • Guiding patients through navigating the practice website and/or troubleshooting the member/patient app.
  • Helping patients find the right care and specialists within the practice network.
  • Reviewing patient accounts, providing updates and information about billing and other account items.
  • Collaborating with other concierge services professionals to improve patient experience.
  • Training new employees and informing them about the company's customer management policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Spanish (C1 or above preferred).
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Computer literacy (experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is a plus).
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
  • Expertise in healthcare is a plus.
