About the Role:
We're seeking a full-time Healthcare Experience Enhancement Representative to join our Patient Concierge Team in Medellin, Colombia. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in enhancing the healthcare journey for thousands of patients across the United States. The Ideal Candidate:
You will be an empathetic and communicative professional fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level or above preferred), possessing excellent written and verbal skills. A bachelor's degree is required, along with strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills. Familiarity with complex phone systems and computer literacy are also essential. Bonus points if you have experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, address their queries, and assist them in scheduling appointments, navigating intake procedures, and resolving non-clinical concerns
- Provide accurate and informative responses to patient inquiries and concerns
- Empathize with dissatisfied patients, offer support, and de-escalate tense situations
- Communicate test results and upcoming events to patients, ensuring seamless care coordination
- Guide patients through practice website navigation and troubleshoot member/patient app issues
- Facilitate patient referrals to suitable specialists within our network
- Collaborate with concierge services professionals to continuously improve the patient experience
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
