About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Manager in the Service Desk division. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Service Desk Engineers and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technical support and possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have strong leadership skills and experience in driving training, coaching, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Service Desk Engineers and provide guidance on technical issues
  • Serve as a single point of contact for operational issues in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and understand their needs and requirements
  • Analyze team performance and implement corrective measures as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles and people management
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English (Spanish language proficiency is a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What We Offer

At Lenovo, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
