Project Manager - LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our LATAM operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our projects in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing analytics or financial reporting projects using Power BI and the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring all phases meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, document them, and formally sign off.
  • Establish and manage meeting schedules, handle all correspondence, and resolve client concerns.
  • Act as the main liaison between the client and development team, ensuring clear communication and project progress tracking.
  • Maintain and oversee project timelines, milestones, and handoffs, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are on schedule.
  • Set up client training sessions and ensure that all project-related checklists are completed before handoff.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Power BI and the software development lifecycle, ideally with experience in managing analytics or financial reporting projects.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with a focus on clarity, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms to track project progress and manage deliverables.

What We Offer:

A fully remote role with a competitive salary range of USD 2,500 - 3,500 per month, depending on skills and experience.
