About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Mace's values, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications, such as MCIOB, MAPM, or MRICS.
