**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Property Analyst to join our team at Proplogix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing property due diligence using various online resources and contacting relevant parties to obtain necessary information.

This is a full-time entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for research, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information
  • Obtain specific time-sensitive documents
  • Prepare detailed documentation based on research and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience on the phone (not a call center position but helpful)
  • Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
  • Able to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
  • DISTRACTION-FREE WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR HOME
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment
