This full-time entry-level position will beperforming property due diligence using Google, County Websites, anarray of other online resources, along with calling to confirm andobtain information. Once the research is complete and you have allproper documents needed, you will compile reports and send thisinformation to our respective clients. Position Type and Expected Hoursof Work - This is a full-time position, and hours of work and daysare Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time(from March through October, the hours would be 7:30am to 4:00pmlocal time to be consistent with the United States Eastern Time) -Type of Work: This is a fully remote position - Job Type: Full-timeafter completion of training - Language: English (Required)Essential Functions - Contact Home Owners Associations andManagement Companies for relevant property information - Obtainspecific time-sensitive documents - Prepare detailed documentationbased on research and reporting - Other duties, as assignedStarting Pay Rate: 2.174.000 per month plus full benefits andopportunities for monthly bonuses. Once training is completed,bonus eligibility is 20%, 30% or 40% of monthly pay upon meetingmonthly productivity and quality targets. Pay will also increase to2.500.000 at that time. Training Location: Remote Requirements -High school degree or equivalent - Experience on the phone (this isnot a call center position but that type of experience would behelpful) - Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1) -Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strongcommunication skills - Ability to work during Colombian holidays tomatch US schedule (surcharge would apply) - Distraction-free workenvironment for home - Ability to pass a background check and drugscreening prior to any offer of employment Our hiring process willconsist of an initial virtual interview to learn more about you andtell you about us.
