**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Property Analyst to join our team at Proplogix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Property Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property research and providing accurate documentation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property research using various online resources
  • Contact HOAs and management companies to gather essential property information
  • Procure time-sensitive documents and verify their accuracy
  • Create comprehensive reports based on research findings

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Previous phone experience beneficial (not required)
  • English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable home workspace with minimum distractions
  • Possess a valid ID and able to pass a background check
