About the Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business operations.
  • Design and implement advanced reporting and analytics solutions using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to financial settlements, including claims, payments, and reconciliations, as well as merchant balances, payments, and chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class BI/reporting/analysis solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau.
  • Ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information.
  • Drive BI and reporting best-practices and a standard way of working within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Expertise in SQL.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
