About the Role:

Spectris Do Brasil Instrumentos Eletronicos Ltda. (MP OpCo) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Agriculture Sales Professional to join our team. As the Smart Return account manager, you will play a strategic and dynamic role in selling digital solutions and services within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital solutions that enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various digital tools and platforms, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry's latest advancements.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of digital products and negotiate sales prices.
  • Prepare transaction reports and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on the installation and layout of equipment, recommend procedural changes, and ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • A background in agriculture or related fields, combined with experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of modern farming practices and digital technology trends.
