About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Enterprise Partner to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control

Develop and implement financial solutions that enable organizational outcomes, financial planning, and control of execution to guarantee performance and resource optimization.

Outcome-Based Planning

Facilitate outcome-based planning cycles, ensuring alignment with local strategy and impact-based prioritization.

Business Insights and Stakeholder Management

Ensure business and financial insights are available to internal and/or external stakeholders.

Collaboration and Partnership

Direct collaboration with Cross-Country roles responsible for Value Proposition, HTA & Pricing roles in the development of new Revenue / Business Models.

External Engagement

Frequent interaction with external stakeholders to facilitate the identification of collaboration opportunities and development of financial schemes that enable patient access to our solutions.

Global Network and Compliance

Active involvement with global networks, seeking collaboration, simplification. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with controls.

Accounting and Compliance

Ensure compliance with accounting activities and processes aligned to corporate and statutory controls through close collaboration with the CCA (Country Chief Accountant) role.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Complete university studies in areas of administration, economics, engineering or similar. Relevant experience in financial planning and control, experience with budget planning responsibilities, investment control, sales, headcount, etc. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a differential.

Language and Communication

Advanced English proficiency is a requirement.

Soft Skills

Attention to detail, and organizational skills. Results orientation, teamwork and management of internal and external customers.

Long-Term Mobility

Long-term mobility is a differential.
