About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining overall test strategies, owning test plans, and developing relationships with stakeholders. They will also accompany customers during UAT, execute brush tests, and provide sign-off for functional and non-functional validations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define overall test strategy and own test plans for projects, products, or releases
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and accompany customers during UAT
  • Execute brush tests and provide sign-off for functional and non-functional validations
  • Monitor software quality KPIs and deliver regular reports to QA, PDEF, and DEV teams
  • Accountable for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple teams of employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology Industry, with 2+ years of team lead or people management experience
  • Technical skills in Agile, SAFE, Behavior Driven Development, and experience with automated testing and cloud database implementations
