- Identify and prioritize quality assurance activities, including testing, validation, and verification, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of software products and services.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of software products and services.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to QA team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the QA team is equipped to handle new and complex challenges.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in leading QA teams and implementing quality assurance processes.
- English proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
- Extensive experience in leading QA and cross-functional teams and technical projects.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development.
- Experience working with local and offshore teams.
- Experience in task management and defect tracking tools like Jira and/or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows or MacOS software.
