About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our games and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with project teams and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize quality assurance needs.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality games.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Manage and execute quality assurance plans, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their quality assurance skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality games and improving quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- PMP or ISTQB certifications a plus.
