As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Digital Experience solutions in the Central America and Caribbean market. This role will play a pivotal part in identifying, developing, and closing deals with new and existing customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through the strategic implementation of our Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead qualification, with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, and experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Develop and lead sales pipeline, assess new sales potential, and move transactions through the sales pipeline.
  • Run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
  • Coordinate sources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  • Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
  • Nurture and expand the company's relationship within customer accounts.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
  • Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products.
  • Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years sales and/or lead qualification experience.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence is highly desirable.
