B2B SaaS Lead Generation Specialist

LATAMCent is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Lead Generation Specialist to support our team in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. You will work 2 hours per day, focusing on building effective lead-generation strategies using tools like Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SmartLead, and other Outbound Tools.
You will be tasked with creating cold outbound messaging, A/B Testing messaging, and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the LATAM market and can effectively execute lead generation campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities- Launch one campaign per day using Clay and Smartlead
- Create and execute cold outbound strategies and messaging, improving engagement and conversion
- Utilize lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads
- Coordinate with our sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize outreach efforts
The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies
- Strong working knowledge of Clay.com (at least 3 months experience)
- 1+ year of experience with Apollo/Hubspot
- C1 level English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
