Key Responsibilities
- Execute financial processes accurately and timely, including analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send invoices and credit memos accurately and promptly.
- Review customer contracts and order forms to ensure accurate setup and maintenance of customer master data and invoices.
- Generate monthly reports and assist with account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal departments, recommend solutions, and respond promptly to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Assist in developing process improvement policies and procedures.
- Support financial audits and work with external auditors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, stress management skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, with experience in NetSuite and Salesforce as an advantage.
- Preferably, experience with SaaS (software as a service).
