About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at LatamCent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while driving aggressive revenue targets and overseeing the business development process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Serve as a Player-Coach to lead, teach, mentor, and manage the BDR team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Own the achievement of aggressive revenue targets by deploying a robust business development methodology.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements with enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and procurement best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive repeatable outcomes and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Contribute to the company's thought leadership efforts through speaking engagements, whitepapers, and other content marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement consulting business development, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and closing complex deals.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain/procurement principles, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient with CRM and SEM software, as well as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an attractive compensation package, including:

  • An annual commission of $8,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000 per year.
