Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Barranquilla, Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, managing dealer relationships, and driving sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resources to dealers, maximizing their sales potential.
  4. Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending strategic actions to drive growth.
  5. Represent the company at meetings, events, and trainings, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and promoting our services.
  6. Prepare detailed reports on business activities, sales performance, and negotiation results.
Requirements:
  1. Professional degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, with experience in account management and/or commercial work in the automotive sector.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  3. Ability to ensure compliance with work and project schedules.
  4. Focused on results, with a willingness to move between dealerships in your region.
  5. Experience in the automotive sector is essential.
