We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Barranquilla, Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, managing dealer relationships, and driving sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resources to dealers, maximizing their sales potential.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending strategic actions to drive growth.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and trainings, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and promoting our services.
- Prepare detailed reports on business activities, sales performance, and negotiation results.
- Professional degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, with experience in account management and/or commercial work in the automotive sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Ability to ensure compliance with work and project schedules.
- Focused on results, with a willingness to move between dealerships in your region.
- Experience in the automotive sector is essential.
