Xenon Group is a management consultancy with a focus on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) team.
  • Drive aggressive revenue targets and oversee the business development process from initial outreach to close.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements with enterprise clients.
  • Contribute to the company's thought leadership efforts through speaking engagements, whitepapers, and other content marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • C2 Level English.
  • Reside in Colombia or Costa Rica.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of supply chain/procurement consulting business development experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and closing complex deals.

Compensation:

  • Attractive compensation and benefits package based on individual track record and level of accomplishments.
  • Base salary: $2.5k - $3.5k per month.
  • Annual commission: $8k.
