Business Development Manager

Xenon Group is a management consultancy with a focus on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) team.
- Drive aggressive revenue targets and oversee the business development process from initial outreach to close.
- Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements with enterprise clients.
- Contribute to the company's thought leadership efforts through speaking engagements, whitepapers, and other content marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- C2 Level English.
- Reside in Colombia or Costa Rica.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of supply chain/procurement consulting business development experience.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and closing complex deals.

- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of clients, buyers, and teammates.

Compensation:
- Attractive compensation and benefits package based on individual track record and level of accomplishments.
- Base salary: $2.5k - $3.5k per month.
- Annual commission: $8k.
