Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales Leadership Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth and expansion in the educational technology sector. As a seasoned leader, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow our business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Form and lead high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, including customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements within the sales department, implementing initiatives to optimize performance and maximize results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • 5+ years experience in B2C sales.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Head, Commercial Director or Sales Director leading 50+ people.
