About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.

  • Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve key objectives.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams, ensuring optimal results.
  • Oversee daily operations, including customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the sales department, implementing initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • 5+ years of B2C sales experience.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Head, Commercial Director, or Sales Director leading 50+ people.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
