The Position
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Customer Care Professional.
You will provide exceptional service to members and customers worldwide, answering questions, resolving issues, and demonstrating the value we bring through outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer inquiries.
- Represent Gigster and its brand enthusiastically to members and customers globally.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and with a sense of urgency.
- Utilize the association database to document customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and enter data efficiently and accurately.
Essential Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer support, sales, banking, retail, administration, or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Great team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Contact and/or Call Center experience preferred.
