The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Customer Care Professional.

You will provide exceptional service to members and customers worldwide, answering questions, resolving issues, and demonstrating the value we bring through outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer inquiries.
  • Represent Gigster and its brand enthusiastically to members and customers globally.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and with a sense of urgency.
  • Utilize the association database to document customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and enter data efficiently and accurately.

Essential Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in customer support, sales, banking, retail, administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Great team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Contact and/or Call Center experience preferred.
