Job Summary
The People & Talent Coordinator will provide administrative support to a full range of HR services, including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, total rewards, and global relocations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including high-volume onboarding and offboarding.
- Produce HR documentation and correspondence as required.
- Ensure the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) is up to date.
- Provide accurate and clear payroll inputs for processing.
- Create and maintain employee records in Replicon.
- Offer first-level support for all HR support tickets.
- Maintain a knowledge base for employee support.
- Provide general HR administrative support to the global HR team.
- Take on global and regional HR administration projects as required.
- Assist with global relocations, including visa procurement.
- Help with in-person ad hoc office tasks when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline with 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- HRIS system administrator experience preferred.
- Experience working in a global organization would be an asset.

- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required.
- Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable).
- Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination.
