Job Summary

The People & Talent Coordinator will provide administrative support to a full range of HR services, including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, total rewards, and global relocations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including high-volume onboarding and offboarding.
  • Produce HR documentation and correspondence as required.
  • Ensure the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) is up to date.
  • Provide accurate and clear payroll inputs for processing.
  • Create and maintain employee records in Replicon.
  • Offer first-level support for all HR support tickets.
  • Maintain a knowledge base for employee support.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the global HR team.
  • Take on global and regional HR administration projects as required.
  • Assist with global relocations, including visa procurement.
  • Help with in-person ad hoc office tasks when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline with 1+ years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS system administrator experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a global organization would be an asset.

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required.
  • Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable).
  • Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination.
