About Attesa Coffee

We are a specialty green coffee importer based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our mission is to source high-quality coffees with a strong focus on traceability and long-term partnerships.

Job Description

We are seeking a performance-driven individual with a strong passion for coffee to join our team as a Business Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee providers in South and Central America.
  • Conduct market research on specialty coffee producers and origins.
  • Communicate with coffee providers to obtain specific coffee traceability information.
  • Assist logistics team in managing transport and freight related communication.
  • Prepare and translate marketing materials for external communications.
  • Responsible for launching sales related communication material and efficiently following up on information in the CRM.
  • Travel to coffee origins and farms in South and Central America to build sourcing network.
Requirements
  • Prior experience or knowledge in specialty coffee.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Canva.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career in the Coffee Industry.
  • Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions.
  • Laptop/computer and consistent, fast internet connection.
  • Must be based in Colombia.
