Energy Sector Account Manager for Cloud and Software Solutions

As an Energy Sector Account Manager for Cloud and Software Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients in the energy sector. This includes utilities, oil companies, and renewable energy firms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, customer concerns, and feedback.

In this role, you will take ownership for revenue, profit/loss, and growth targets for assigned client accounts. You will identify upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal opportunities to improve the value of SoftwareOne's offerings for clients.

You will supervise the progress of solution delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. You will proactively identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during implementation.

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will leverage SoftwareOne's resources to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver valuable services. You will engage technical guides, consultants, and other relevant teams as needed to support client requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as an Account Manager in the energy sector within IT. You will have managed key accounts in the energy industry and have skills in managing and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the energy sector.

You will also have experience coordinating and delivering complex IT projects within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring implemented solutions add value to the client. You will be proficient in communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at technical and commercial levels, across different levels of the organization.

At SoftwareOne, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $120,000 per year, based on the location and the level of experience. This package also includes opportunities for professional growth and development through our Transformation Academy and other training and certification spaces.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $110,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
