Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategy and improve sales performance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to improve sales skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales training and development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
