We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions and support the company's hiring process at Chef's Deal Restaurant Equipment Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage the HR department, inform management about updates, and select/implement HR technologies.
- Work as a hiring manager, post jobs, prepare screening questions, and arrange interview schedules.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, Master's preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proven track record of developing HR strategies and handling complex issues.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working hours will be in accordance with Central America Time from 8:00 to 16:00.
- 750 USD Base salary.
