As an Email Marketing Analyst at CI&T, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding, developing and maintaining email templates using HTML and CSS, segmenting email lists to target specific audiences effectively, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. You should also possess strong skills in HTML 4 (preferable) and CSS for email design, proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms, and the ability to learn new tools and adapt to changes.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Braze for creating emails and triggering campaigns, experience with the Agile methodology, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
