Position Overview
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance our outreach efforts. As a key member of our strategic team, you will contribute to our consultative sales approach, enabling us to better understand client needs and tailor our solutions effectively. Your expertise will help us overcome operational challenges while leveraging modern technology to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and distribute EDMs using Mailchimp 1-2 times weekly to engage potential leads and existing clients.
- Develop and manage a social media and EDM Content calendar and strategy.
- Weekly Report on clicks and engagement metrics from EDM campaigns to assess effectiveness.
- Design graphics on Canva and post on LinkedIn 2-3 times weekly to promote our offerings and engage with our audience.
- Conduct ongoing B2B lead generation to identify and engage potential partners.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in developing outreach sequences for the sales team, targeting leads who express interest through our feedback form.
- Prepare weekly marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- Update and manage our WordPress website every week, including new programs, pricing updates, funding information, enrollment/E-registration pages.
- Prepare and send monthly emails to the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) detailing our programs and available funding.
- Update and manage contact lists on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our network and outreach efforts within the training and consulting industry.
- Support the design and implementation of sales decks as needed to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media management.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management (no-code to low-code experience OK).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the training, consulting, and professional services sector, is a plus.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
