About the Role
  • As a Senior BI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions.
  • You will provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to financial settlements for three subareas (claims, payments, and reconciliations) with everything related to merchant balances, payments, and chargebacks.
  • You will work in a cross-functional and cross-country team to deliver best-class BI/Reporting/Analysis solutions.
  • You will develop and maintain reports/dashboards in Tableau.
  • You will ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information.
  • You will drive BI and reporting best-practices and a standard way of working within the area.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Expertise in SQL.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
