About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class BI/Reporting/Analysis solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information.
  • Drive BI and reporting best practices and a standard way of working within the area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
