About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau to provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to financial settlements.
  • Provide analytical solutions to support business operations and project management related to data.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to develop and maintain data warehouses and ensure data quality.
  • Drive business intelligence and reporting best practices within the area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Expertise in SQL and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
