Xenon Group is seeking a seasoned Procurement and Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading the business development process from initial outreach to close, driving aggressive revenue targets, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development process from initial outreach to close.
  • Drive aggressive revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements with enterprise clients.
  • Remain current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and supply chain management/procurement best practices.
  • Contribute to the company's thought leadership efforts through speaking engagements, whitepapers, and other content marketing initiatives.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • C2 Level English.
  • Must reside in Colombia or Costa Rica.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of supply chain/procurement consulting business development experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and closing complex deals.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain/procurement principles, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and SEM software.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:

An attractive compensation and benefits package will be offered based on the individual's track record and level of accomplishments.

  • Base salary: $2.5k - $3.5k per month
  • Annual commission: $8k
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60k per year
